How to measure

Waist: locate your natural waistline (narrowest part of your torso, usually above the belly button) and wrap a flexible tape around it, level and snug but not tight, flat against the skin. Hips: stand with feet together and wrap the tape around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks, snug and parallel to the floor. Inseam: the length of the pant leg from the crotch to the bottom hem; measure a pair that fits well or have a friend help.
