How to measure

Chest: stand naturally with your arms relaxed at your sides. Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest and under the arms, level and snug but not too tight. Waist: locate your natural waistline (the narrowest part of your torso, usually above the belly button) and wrap the tape around it, level and snug but not tight. Don't suck in or measure over clothing. Hips: stand with your feet together and wrap the tape around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks, parallel to the floor, snug but not tight.
